Breed guidance is a starting point. Measurements always take priority; if between sizes, size up.

How to measure your dog
- Neck: around the base where the collar sits.
- Chest: around the widest point behind the front legs.
- Back: from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.

Your first size exchange of the same product per original order is free, including one prepaid return label and standard replacement delivery. Later size exchanges are customer-paid for return shipping. Request your exchange within 60 days of delivery; eligibility and stock availability apply. A wrong size sent by us is handled separately at our reasonable return cost.
