How to measure your dog
- Neck: around the base where the collar sits.
- Chest: around the widest point behind the front legs.

Return eligible items within 60 days of delivery, subject to our policy conditions. Return shipping for a refund is paid by the customer unless the law requires otherwise. If we sent the wrong item or size, or the goods are faulty, damaged or misdescribed, MODAPAWS LTD covers the reasonable return cost and your statutory rights apply.
Your first size exchange of the same product per original order is free, including one prepaid return label and standard replacement delivery. Later size exchanges are customer-paid for return shipping. Request your exchange within 60 days of delivery; eligibility and stock availability apply. A wrong size sent by us is handled separately at our reasonable return cost.
